Plus 18% GST, for a single location. No setup fee, ever.
Zubo is a paid product that is free while we are in beta. We are saying that plainly here because we would rather you decide now than feel misled later. If a monthly subscription is not something your business wants, this is the honest moment to stop reading.
We are not running a free tier and we do not plan to. Beta exists so a limited group of businesses can use Zubo properly, in real daily work, and tell us what a front desk actually needs — and so we can be sure it earns its price before we charge for it.
Everything. There is no cut-down beta plan and nothing is held back for a paid tier later:
No credit card to start. Nothing expires mid-conversation. You keep your number.
Plans start at ₹1,499 per month plus 18% GST for a single location. Businesses running several locations, or wanting more than the core booking assistant, pay more — we will quote you directly rather than make you decode a pricing grid.
There is no setup or onboarding fee. You are not charged per team member.
We are still testing these numbers against what it actually costs us to run and support Zubo well, so treat the figure above as our intended starting price rather than a signed quote. Final plans are published before anyone is asked to pay.
Businesses that come in during beta get 50% off their first 12 months when they move onto a paid plan. You shaped the product; you should not pay list price for it in year one.
Your requests reach the founders directly, not a ticket queue. That is the actual trade we are making with you in exchange for the free period.
This is written into our terms of service, not just promised on a marketing page.
WhatsApp (Meta) charges businesses a small fee per conversation. That is billed by Meta directly to you. Zubo adds nothing on top of it, takes no cut, and never handles that money — during beta or after.
It also costs less than people expect: any conversation your customer starts is free, and so is anything Zubo sends back inside that conversation. Meta publishes the current rates, and they change from time to time, so we would rather point you at their rate card than quote a number here that goes stale.
